Wow what a difference! :cheese:

Please excuse my dirty mirror. Also my ends need oiling.

I'm happy my hair is growing but not so happy that it appears I've gotten fatter. Eh, oh well. I can work on the latter. lol

Also, has it really been two years that I've been on the LHC? How time flies!

Beautiful, great growth going on! On the subject of fatter hair, that is the ends growing. I have the same problem, my hair has gotten fuller overall as it grows longer. I went from having apl curls to bsl/mbl wavy, thick that likes to poof on the ends. It you deep condition at least weekly, it should even out. But, even with the added volume, it still is awsome!

lol I actually wasn't referring to my hair at that point but thank you for pointing it out that my hair has gotten poofier. That wasn't expected at all but I'm kind of enjoying it. ^^

:D I'm so happy for you and your hair congrats! It's looking great. Volume is always kinda nice to have, but there is that line between volume and poofy, and yours looks like volume to me. :) Lovin' the waves!

I mean the added volume to be a great complement. I LOVE it!

And here I was always told by hairdressers that I couldn't have volume without heatstyling. HA prooved them wrong! :D

Thats okay, hairstylists used to tell me my hair was forver damaged due to poor care. Hairstylists are just SO wrong sometimes! ( i was told my hair was "stuck" brittle and straightish after FAR too many protein treatments, as if they didn't even know what a deep moisture treatment could do to bring my hair back! What is your hair care routine?

I switch off between a sulfate free shampoo like Burts Bees followed by suave conditioner and CO washing with said Suave Naturals coconut conditioner. I also use coconut oil from time to time. And I use my beloved tangle teezer to comb my hair most of the time.

I've been kinda in a state of benign neglect for the past few months. I need to get back into doing deep treatments more often.

Hey i've heard of the tangle tamer, how does that work? Good? Do you use cones? What hair products do you use?

I love my tangle teezer. It works really well (start from the bottom and not the top like the instructions say you can do).

No, I don't use cones. I'm happily cone-free. :)

Products? I don't use any. Unless you count the coconut oil. Oh, and on occasion I'll do an apple cider vinegar rinse. I probably don't need it cause we have soft water but I'll still use it from time to time.

Wow, that's some nice growth! You have wonderful hair. :)

As for being fatter, I didn't notice so I wouldn't worry about it. :heartbeat (Although I must admit I say the same thing when I look at pictures of myself from a year or two ago.)
