Dye release help!

So I mixed up my rajasthani twilight henna a few hours ago. It's about 70 degrees in the house. For the life of me, I cannot tell if there has been dye release. The henna is so much darker than what I have used in the past. What to do about putting the henna in my hair! It's (after) 9 pm... do I put it in tonight and .. sleep with it? Or do you think it can wait until the morning?

I just used Twilight 2weeks ago. It was my first Henna application. I let the dye release for 6 hours, and left on my head for 6 hours. I mixed mine with apple juice. It was very easy to rinse out. The water ran clear in a couple minutes and I used Suave condish twice. Tuned out very nice and was easier than the box junk to apply and rise out.

That's what I did. By the time I was done I was getting some staining on my skin. I'm a little scared to leave it in all night.. but I guess that's the risk I take, being too impatient to be bothered with strand tests. Ha!
