Dye staining everything!

I use a semi-perm dyed called Directions Violet.
It stains everything. My pillow, hair elastics, brushes, towels... And this is when my hair is dry!

Does anyone know how this can be stopped? I don't dare to wear my hair toys anymore thinking that they could get stained as well.

I think you need to wash it again! Very strange.. I think your hair didn't want the dye! :D

That's happening to me right now. For the last week. Use ACV. I hear it helps.

I've been prepared for the water to be light purple and for my wet hair to stain as this colour "coats" the hair instead of penetrating it, but I never expected it to rub off when my hair is dry! Even my painted nails are purple now!
