Thanks everyone! I was really nervous about posting a photo - I hate photos of myself (even if it is of my back lol).
I discovered the LHC at the beggining of the year and lurked as a guest for sometime before joining, I threw out my hair dryer and straightners,stopped using my rubbish hairbrush & started using a wide toothed wooden comb & oils!Its made a real difference :)
I'd love to say my hair colour is natural,it was dyed a vibrant red but it faded to a copper/ginger colour which I hated so I put a brown dye over it around april time. I'm growing that out now & I don't think my roots look to obvious, I don't want to use chemical dye ever again!
I just realised how much mess you can see in my living room in the photo - i'm not a slob honest!

Thanks! I last trimmed my hair in feb I think!I may do a microtrim soon, I just need to get some good hairdressing scissors.I'm scared of hairdressers,i'm going it alone!
