Please share your micro trim progress pics!

I have decided to micro trim every four weeks for the next year to let the broken and damaged bleached hair slowly catch up and thicken up my length all the way to the ends. I plan on trimming approximately half of my growth each month, which for me is 1/4 inch. Anyone that has been following this method and would like to share some inspirational pictures would be welcome, or just use this thread as a way to track your own progress! ( if this is a repeat thread, my apologies, and please direct me to the original, as I could not find one)

There actually seems to be a mix of microtrimmers who are maintaining and those who are still growing a bit at the Microtrimming and Maintaining Club (http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/showthread.php?t=75468&highlight=half). I never realized there were growers there until I actually read through some of the thread. :rolleyes:
