No more going outside only to realize my hair looks stupid and my makeup is horrible! After looking at the Vanity Girl mirrors which cost around $300, I was like "oh hell no." So, a $50 trip to Lowe's and my vanity is now getting much closer to perfect! All I need now is new storage for my makeup stuff.

My father actually mounted this to the mirror, after he DIY installed a pull switch on it for me. This was made to mount into a wall, but we did not want to deal with all that. Also, it will be nice to be able to move the whole unit and not have to leave the dresser there forever. So, we attached a cord to the vanity strip, which runs down behind the mirror.

I LOVE THIS THING OMG. I can see details in my face I'm not even sure I wanted to see...LOL...I will never again have problems putting on makeup at night! HOORAY!!! :cheese::cheese::cheese::cheese:

I probably should have taken the photo after the clamps came off, but I was excited :)

My bathroom is really small and I share it, so I do all my hair and makeup stuff in my room. This is GREAT! I can see every tiny little hair on my face LOL. I will no longer get outside and be like ACK I need to wax! :cheese:

Very nice!

My friend did something like that for her bathroom. She has self-darkening glasses, and when she turned on her new lights her glasses went dark like sunglasses. She had to remove every other bulb! :D

That looks great but I'd rather not see my face in every single detail  I often do my make up with the curtains shut, if I can't see it it doesn't matter! ;)
