Flash Grease Attack !

Over the past few months I have noticed that my hair is getting really greasy, really fast. I haven't really changed anything, except I did one henna/indigo treatment. That actually helped the greasiness.
Hey wait ! I realized that I changed my shampoo hmmm...
Has anyone had a sudden greasy festival and did you find out the cause ?
Do you think it could do with weather ? Has anyone had a winter grease attack ?

Another thing to look at is if you have changed your diet... some new food or food preparation? Are you living in the same place? Different water will make changes sometimes.

I'm in the middle of a grease attack but think I'm starting to come out the other side.
I decided one day last week to CO my hair as since using henna+indigo on it my hair had seemed to turn pretty dry and no amount of oil/conditioning etc was helping.

So I did a CO...hair was lovely and soft and back to normal. Next day...greasy. Since I wash every other day (and trying to stretch from every day) I left it and washed the day after as normal. But by the next day it was back to greasy.
It's been about 10 days and I'm coming out of this super greasy the next day patch - thankfully!
