1 year progress :)

hello everyone, here is my 1 year progress, the fullness in the first pic ismy hair was brushed, I don't brush anymore..the second pic I took 10 minutes ago, please do ignore the mess and the mirror, it's actually clean, but the marks stayed (have to clean again) :D :pumpkin:

My hair grew 18cm which is really a big change for me since it only grew about 6-8cm a year before joining here!I had 4 trims of 1cm the last year. Before I joined LHC I didn't take care of my hair and I didn't drink any supplements, I have been taking biotin for about 15months now and it's done wonders, I don't have any special routines, I use Herbal essences shampoos and conditioners and Garnier Fructis long and strong shampoo and conditioner, I like to use Schwarzkopf and L'oreal sprays and I love coconut oil, I've tried several oils and serums, but this one was the best for me ;):heartbeat

oh and as for the hair color, I dye my hair :D I use Garnier Naturals black blue :cool:

Thanks again :flowers: I forgot to say that I wear a braid 90&#37; of the time, I love braids and they keep my hair from getting damaged :D
