Thanks to everyone for your views and kind comments on my cage braid thread.
Here is something different~ me with short hair :p


I tried this new look today, and really liked it! I'm definitely going to be doing this one again, and often!


First, I put my hair in a high ponytail, then about half-way down the length of my ponytail I folded my hair up and under. I wrapped the left-over hair (from the bottom) around my ponytail holder like a wrap-around bun. I held the bun in place with a hairclip that was anchored to my ponytail holder. Here are a few pictures of the finished product:

This hairstyle has a really nice look from the front~ the next time I try it, I'll have to get a better picture of that view :) It's a nice way of turning past-knee-length hair into a short ponytail. Good for those of us who don't want to cut our hair short, but would like to have that look once in a while.

Thanks! It lasted all day long, and wasn't heavy at all, actually...very comfortable. In the afternoon I re-did the ponytail because a little bit of hair had "wisp-ed" out :)
