Hahaha I dragged my boyfriend to Passion Pit even though it was 35 degrees and it was at the outdoor stage and then he wound up LOVING it so much that we danced the whole time. He is a new fan for sure.

Crystal Castles was great and man that gal is a little punk rock...she drank half a fifth of Jack on stage and smoked a J during her performance...I guess that's how they roll in California LOLOLOL

By the way LHC'ers, the clip in streaks are super hair friendly! They hold well and did not break off any of my real hair (although if I had slept in them it would have, I am sure). I loved having funky hair with no commitment and no damage. Win!

Battles did a performance of "Atlas" that was 8 minutes long and possibly the most awesome thing I saw all weekend. :)

The lipstick is Covergirl Outlast All Day Lipcolor in "sweet burgundy." That stuff really DOES last all day, through beers and smoking and greasy pizza....er, perhaps I have said too much. :-P

I got to meet Aaron Behrens of Ghostland Observatory last year at Panera here in Missouri! I LOVE this band and he was incredibly nice and he has beautiful hair! :) Your hair is fantastic too! :) So many artists I love...wish I could've been at that show! http://images3a.snapfish.com/232323232%7Ffp73455%3Enu%3D3254%3E546%3E848%3EWSNR CG%3D36%3B274%3B9%3A532%3Bnu0mrj

Hey! I didn't see you there, but OMG MOOGFEST! Amon Tobin! Ghostland! O_O Amazing. Can I show off my moogfest hair too? This is a wig that I made. To put it on my head, I made two cat-ear buns, each secured with two claw clips, then I wrapped an ankle sock around the bun. The wig is actually two pieces, and secures to the bun with a scrunchie. Then I took some locks from each wig and wrapped it around hte bun on the other side so the weight wouldn't pull down. I was owrried about wearing this for several days, because it was quite heavy, but it actually was very comfortable once balanced and tied together, and I coudl dance enthusiastically for hours without issue. :)

Halloween festivals are a ****ing genius idea.

Cybergoths in Seattle?? I lived there before moving out here, and never saw any at all there! I've seen so much more rave culture out here, and I get the impression the scene is based in europe.

:cheese: << what the inside of my brain looked like the entire time at moogfest. I just couldn't stop waving my arms rhythmically...

Oh yes indeed, but it it was over 5 years ago that I lived there. Lots in CA, too.

I am STILL exhausted from Moogfest. Hey if you want to see my videos, my YouTube ID is "melantha71." I got some great video.
