I saw what I hope is my hair future yesterday

My middle daughter and I were driving in our neighborhood and from the back we saw an older woman walking her dog. She had a snow-white braid hanging down her back, a bit past waist length. I suppose her hair is about hip length when it's down. It was so thick and pretty!

If we'd been walking I'd have stopped her and told her how pretty her hair is, but since we were in the car I was afraid I would scare her with my hair stalking behavior.

I think that too when I see older women with beautiful long hair. "I hope that's me someday." :)

Oh me too!! I was a caregiver at an old folk's home and one of the resident's had the most beautiful long salt and pepper hair, the other worker talked her into cutting to a pixie cut. I felt so bad for her.
