Coffee to darken hair

I am going to a party tomorrow & I will be wearing clip in hair extensions. The clip in hair extensions are black whereas my hair is a wee bit off black. I henna every month so there are reddish parts. If I rinse my hair XX amount of times will it help to darken. I am also considering adding some condish to the coffee and sleeping with it in my hair, will this help? I know I should have done this way earlier, but I've been in complete aw b/c it's being hosted by my rockstar crush, so I've been in lala land.:crush:

I don't know much about this, but I just wanted to warn you about the caffeine-- I've heard it can get into your head through your scalp and give you migraines, so I wouldn't sleep with it on!!! Whatever you choose to do, be safe! :heart:

I have tried to tint using coffee once. It wasn't very effective for me at all, but maybe would work better on your hair as it is already darker. I don't think you would ever get black with it though.

I added soy sauce as well lol it's a huge pot.
