my hair is too weird

Just this week i was almost crying about my hair looking so thin and changed compared to summer..
Well i seriously have no idea what happend, but i believe in miracles from now on.
This week i had my hair up and deeply amla oiled all week!
I did scalpmassages and drinked a lot of green tea.
I started silica,multivitamins,fishoil and hairsupplements and taking them very strict the last 3 days or so(only)
Then i washed my hair 4 hours ago with an argan shampoo i hadnt used in some weeks and one of my favourite co's, Dove intense repair.
I didnt put anything in my hair but 2 drops of amla after washing while still wet, when dry i brushed it very good and i noticed a big difference in volume.
I just had to post it, because everyone who can remember my sad post have to see this.
This is how my hair looks now,just 10 min ago.
How on earth can there be such a difference in 4 days??
