CO is an abbreviation for Conditioner, some people condition or CO only and some use it with shampoo. 1abc, 2abc, 3abc, etc: the # stands for wavy/curliness (1 being straight and 4 being the very curliest) the letter stands for type or tightness of the wave curl pattern within that category and the i stands for thickness, measured by circumference of ponytail. F/M/C stands for fine/medium/coarse strand texture.

There is a stickied thread at the top of every subforum. It is called Useful Links - All You Need to Know (http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/showthread.php?t=7804). When in doubt, look there.

One of the top links is called LHC Terms and Abbreviations (http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/vbjournal.php?do=article&articleid=10), it should be able to answer your questions.

I encourage you to browse that thread, lots of good info! This place can be confusing, but that page will help a lot.
