Borage Oil

I heard on Dr. Oz that Borage Oil pills were good for hair growth and hair health. Anyone heard of this or had any success with it?

I take Omega 3,6,9 which is fish oil, borage,and flax seed oil. It's for heart health according to the label but it has been know for healthy skin and hair. If I run out for a week or so I notice my skin, I suppose the hair would take a bit longer to notice. I always had the old lady perm hair until the past year so I can't say for sure. My hair does grow pretty fast though.
