what would be some benefits of using chamomile tea as a hair rinse? or maybe some cons to using this? i have been searching and i cant seem to find anything helpful! any advice would be appreciated :D

It depends on what you are using it for and how you use it as to results.

I trided to use it (German chamomile, the one you can get at the grocery store in tea bags and brands vary in quality) as I use catnip now for conditioning, instead of conditioner and lightening instead of blending my grey, some years back.

I tried a number of dilutions from 2 tea bags to 8.

My hair did not lighten but I did get significant build-up and my hair was full of split and broken ends from root to tip.

I've never tried any rinses in my hair and I have A VERY full cupboard of many kinds of tea. Can someone direct me to a thread that explains benefits and whatnot of using teas? I'm intrigued :D
