DBF needs a suggestion for my birthday gift... I don't want him to spend a lot of money (he's a poor college kid) but something I really need is a pair of metal chopsticks. Do you guys have any links that have simple ones I can wear everyday that wont break DBF's bank?

These ones are pretty basic, and there's a couple pairs, so if you lose one you're fine!

These ones aren't metal, but I just though they were cute and cheap (free shipping!)

What exactly is his price range, by the way? And are you looking for a specific style?

his price range is about up to 20, maybe a little more. I want something fairly simple design-wise, something I can wear every day.

I had plastic ones and my hair ate them.

Well, most metal chopsticks I've found are just plain metal sticks. May I ask why specifically you want metal? (just curious :) )

They wont break as easily as my plastic ones did. I just want something I can count on.. :(

Well, I own plenty of lacquered wooden chopsticks, which are pretty sturdy and cheap. :) You can find plenty of them on amazon.

Maybe plastic was the downfall and wood would be fine. Hmmm. The lazy wrap bun is what did me in. :(

Garrett Wade has stainless steel chopsticks in 3 sizes (http://www.garrettwade.com/stainless-steel-chopsticks/p/39C04ppp01/)...the standard length is 10-11 inches, which is pretty long. I use the medium length ones for my standard day in day out bun.
