Okay so I have been posting so many pictures that I have found of beautiful styles because my hair is getting to lengths where I can try new styles and I am looking for them online. The only thing is most of these make me dread the time it will take to grow out my layers and have fuller hair. :( But I wanted to share some more that I have found with you all :) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v321/aimesss/tumblr_lsschlClIa1qbv2cto1_500.jpg

If you try any of them out, post some photos so I can envy you! :) lol.

The first one is amazing! I'm going to try and figure out how it works (keyword 'try').

WOW!!! LOVE these. I don't think I could ever accomplish the last one on myself, but the other two look doable... with practice

The first one is a waterfall braid, very hard to do I think but I will also try! :)
The last one does look difficult but redmj looks like she got it! :)

I have successfully done a waterfall braid, but doing two at the same exact angle would be challenging to say the least!

My best braiding was done at our old house. There was a closet directly in front of the bathroom mirror and I hung and full length mirror there. With the door open I had a hands free view of the back of my head... I can't figure out how to recreate this since we have moved and there is a bathtub in front of the mirror.

Lucky! I can almost do it, but it goes a little crooked lol

Is your bathroom mirror on the medicine cabinet? You might be able to open it an angle it to face the door if the cabinet opens the right way.

ahhh, that cage braid is SO beautiful, even though it is so drastically bleached... *envy*

I too love especially the cage braid! I think it would be quite easy to do on someone else, not so much for yourself... Might try it though!

I love that first one, the double waterfall braids! I hope it's done one at a time, first top then bottom, or else I can't even wrap my brain around how to do it.

I might try it today, but what do you think happens with the ends on the other side?

I would love to try the first one once my hair grows out a little. I saw this photo on tumblr and spent a good amount of time trying to figure out where to even begin.

The first one looks more like a cheat to waterfall braids that I saw on either cutegirlshairstyles on YouTube or princesshairstyles.com. Can't seem to find it now for the life of me, but basically you'd clip a section of hair on the top of your head out of the way, then make two english braids on both sides and pin them in place around your head. Then take the hair from the top that you clipped and use either a topsy tail or a design weaver tool to weave pieces of hair through the two braids. Should be pretty easy to do actually.

ETA: Found it! (http://www.princesshairstyles.com/2011/09/waterfall-braid-triple-braided-cheat.html) This isn't the style that you posted, but it shows the technique of how to pull the sections through the braids, in case anyone wants to try it :)

Those are quite beautiful. The top one would be nice to do except I need more practice on waterfall braids. lol

The last one looks like this one: http://www.stumbleupon.com/su/1Ma32W/penelopesoasis.com/2011/beauty-hair-style-romantic-feminine-updo.html

I tried it once but it didn't look right in my hair. I think because my hair is thinner. It looks better with the thicker braids.

Oh I see what you mean now when you say weaving the hair through! Good eye! :)
