Someone managed to find some local henna at the Indian store for me, Dulhan Mehndi it says on the box to leave it on for only an hour but, as this is my natural shade:

should i leave it on longer i normally leave on overnight as i am after a deep Auburn/Burgundy red?
Any advice? mix with just water or Chamomile tea??
Oh and does this give a good stain i heard its quite good.
