I found this tutorial online, it looks really quick and easy. I have not tried it yet so I don't know how well it works for long hair.

It looks similar to how pin curls work. I guess leaving it in overnight would work best as then you wouldn't need to hairspray the curls to get them to stay. I might try this sometime.

It looked like something that would be better for shorter hair.

When I wanted curls I just braided my hair in two braids 3/4ths of the way down, then divided the tassel into 5 sections and rolled up each section in a foam curler (barely damp hair) and left them in overnight.

I tried this with my bsl hair a few months ago, and it didn't really work. Then I realized (with the help of LHC!) that my hair is naturally wavy. :laugh:
