hellman's olive oil mayo

Ok, so my grocery store had this buy one get one free, sooooooooooooo, I have 2 great big jars. I'm thinking now might be the time to try the mayo treatment. Any tips? Never done this before...

Oh, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it!
I thought the exact same thing once, and used the exact same mayo; plopped it on my head, left it half an hour, then washed it in the usual way that I do to take out heavy oilings (which can remove plain olive oil). My hair was super wet-oily for ALMOST A WEEK. And I washed it every bleepity-bleep-bleeping day.

Save yourself. Eat the mayo.

Mayo worked wonderfully for my hair, though my hair loves protein. I put mine straight onto dry hair, cling filmed and left for a few hours, then used conditioner (you could use a moisturising one and it will counter act any dryness you may get) straight on hair, leave for a good 5 minutes.

It does smell when you put it on but the results are worth it!
