Bah! I only get 2 inches in 3 months.

MSM will do it! Fantastic stuff, especially if you add vitamin C to the mix (they work together).

I just wanted to say that your hair in the second picture is gorgeous (first pic, too, but the second, especially).

You know, I always thought hair vitamins/pills were a bunch of **** and wouldn't actually do anything. I eat very healthy, exercise, and get enough sleep. Granted, I'm under a lot of stress with school so that takes away some of the benefits, but my curiosity is now peaked and I shall be reading up on this MSM a bit and biotin.

I am just going to warn don't go from doing no MSM to 4000 mg like she is. This is organic sulfur. It has a detox effect on your body. It will overwork your liver and give a bunch of side effects. Start at a low dose and work your way up. I am at 1300 mg myself and am slowly increasing it. I am going to read up on Vitamin C with this. I did not realize they work together. I may add a Vitamin C supplement.

KwaveT,

You have a good point... I am taking the maximum dosage myself. As with all OTC supplements, they should be discussed with your physician
