My DH just gave me a gift of a comb set. It's pretty cool cause it has all different types of combs (10 in all). He is being really sweet and supportive of my Hair Journey. :crush:

Problem is, they are made of plastic and have those seam/ridge things on them.
What is the best tool/technique to smooth them out?

Fine grit sandpaper. Or nail files worked well for me.

Aw, that's so cute! :) I wish my boyfriend did like that. But he buys me clothes and makeup so I definitely can't complain!

Yep. Real fine grade sandpaper worked for me too. Nail files work as long as they're thin enough.

A metal nail file is what I use.
