I have a ton of samples of these that I have been getting. I tried it 3 days ago and I think I really like it.
Based in the ingredients and types of cones involved- would this work well if I incorporated it into my mostly cone-free routine?

ingredients:
shampoo- Water, Octyldodecanol, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, PEG-90 Diisostearate, Tea-Lauryl Sulfate, Propylene Glycol, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Lecithin, Cocamide Mea, Benzophenone-4, Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate, Citric Acid, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Trisodium EDTA, Hydroxyethyl Behenamidopropyl Dimonium Chloride, Diazolidinyl Urea, Isostearyl Ethylimidazolinium Ethosulfate, Methylparaben, Glycol Distearate, Propylparaben, Fragrance, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Shea Butter Fruit, Methylisothiazolinone, Panthenol, Decyl Glucoside, Sodium Lauroyl Oat Amino Acids, Polyquaternium-7,Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Hydroxypropyltrimonium Honey, Wheat Amino Acids, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein PG-Propyl Silanetriol, Sweet Almond Protein, Hydrolyzed Silk, Hydrolyzed Oat Protein Chamomile Flower Extract, Carrot Root Extract, Verbena Officinalis Extract, Kukui Seed Extract Shea Butter Extract, Retinyl Palmitate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Linoleic Acid, Linolenic Acid, Ascorbic Acid PEG-60 Almond Glycerides, Cinnamidopropyltrimonium Chloride, Arachidyl Propionate.

However- I have been mostly cone-free for a few months and I've never really known very much about cones anyways. My hair is fine and very slightly wavy. When I used cones regularly it was always Pantene. In the past I never liked my hair next day after Pantene so I had to either put it up to hide it or wash it daily- which really dries my hair out.

I have yet to wash my hair since Thursday and it still felt very nice this morning- I've oiled and put it up in preparation for washing tomorrow morning- which I will go back to Giovanni CWC for a short bit (without clarifying first) and see how things go.

I doubt I will have the money to buy this particular kind of shampoo/conditioner for awhile- but since I don't know much about ingredients- based on the ingredients would this brand work for a routine that alternates cones/no-cones?

Sorry if my post is convoluted and confusing.

With SLS being in the first 3 ingredients, I wouldn't touch that shampoo with a 10 ft pole - but maybe you do okay with sulfates? Wow...SO many sulfates. I just don't know...they both seem pretty harsh? And there is a lot of protein in the conditioner, that would make my hair very crunchy. Then again, everyone is different, your hair may love it.

So far my hair does really well with protein and doesn't get too crunchy.
However- I'm not sure about sulfates- I've tried to be mostly cone-free since 2008 but I still use them every few weeks when I want to wear my hair down and then I clarify later when I feel build up.
I get way more splits now that I'm more cone-free than when I used cones regularly even though I wear my hair up nearly every day. So even though I would really miss my waves and my volume- I've been thinking about going back to cones just to protect my ends- and this product really made my hair feel awesome.
