Ive been taking biotin for several months now but it really did not do much for hair growth, made my hair look nice though. But i came across this:

Have any of you used these? Or even heard of these?
Im not actually going to buy them or take them but i thought it would interest you guys.
Also, im running out of Biotin, so i believe im going to buy a new vitamin.
Anything you guys can suggest that has worked for you?
What vitamins are YOU taking right now, if you are taking any currently?
What vitamins have you taken, and out of all the vitamins you have taken, which seemed to work the best?
