For about 4 days, i did not wash my hair. Saturday night i left this: http://www.zuckermanpharmacy.com/product.cfm/hurl/045993.html
In my hair overnight, washed it out with JUST conditioner, some suave naturals cause i read you guys like suave and vo5 the best.
My hair feels AMAZING but what do i do next? Im just babying my fine an thin hair, since its quite damaged but i want to grow it out.
What do i do next?
Ive read that each week i should alternate between protein treatments and moisture treatments so i dont overwhelm my hair with protein. But since i have fine hair is this correct?
And if someone could tell me what sort of moisture treatment i should use, that would be great. :)

Thanks! :cheese:

I found this article about protein and moisture informative.

I read that whole article and it was kind of confusing, and im not sure if it would work for my hair type, since my hair is both dry and lacking protein. But ill try it :) Thanks!

I, personally, do a double-whammy - do a protein treatment (henna) and follow up *immediately* with a moisture treatment (SMT)*

I know you like cones in your routine, but using products with a very large amount of cones, however good the remaining ingredients are, means they don't provide much moisturising benefit. Ideally, you want to use a rich conefree conditioner such as garnier fructis triple nutrition (GFTN) in an SMT and, since your hair likes cones, you can use a moisturising leave-in containing cones afterwards.

The treatment you linked to would actually make a decent leave-in if you happened to have
some left.

Coconut oil is great - it prevents protein loss, so you could do a prewash oiling; coat your hair in coconut oil several hours before a wash, CO out (conditioner will remove better than shampoo). Over time, this will likely improve your hair's condition.

*YMMV, though. My hair is not overly fond of too much protein, so I need to do it this way. If your hair is dry as well as lacking in protein, though, I think this way would still suit you. Either that, or you can do a protein treatment which also contains moisturising ingredients.
