I watched Lilith Moon's newest video on French-braiding a Fishtail (Herringbone) braid.
She is a genius! This braid actually lasted two days, without slipping down like an accordion :D

Here are pictures taken last night~

I actually could do a herringbone French braid before a regular one. I think it was easier to hold two strands than to try to juggle three. I thought it looked pretty sweet on me, but you make it look amazing.

You know, 99% of the time I'm so sure I'd never really want to go beyond knee length. Then there's that last 1%, which always seems to happen when I click on one of your threads. I'm in awe not just that you have such amazing length but that you are able to do so many wonderful things with it.

Looks beautiful! I hadn't realized before these pics how much red you have in your hair. :)

Thanks, everybody :) Yes, my hair is naturally Strawberry Blonde.
Sometimes it shows more blonde, depending on the lighting or if
I've been in the sun recently. But in person, you can tell it's strawberry :blossom:

It's a beautiful braid, but it doesn't look like a herringbone braid to me.

^ It just looks like a super chunky one. At first I didn't think it was fishtail french either.

Great job! I tried to do it too when lilithmoon put up her tutorial but after a few tries, i gave up for the day. Plus, it's hard to see braid detail in my black hair. Yours is gorgeous!

Gorgeous hair and braid!
I ever wanted to do such a braid but I was too lazy. Now I am motivated again... Thanks for sharing :D.

No matter what exactly it is, it's lovely. My hair is around the same shade as yours, too. In "flash" and outdoors it looks blond, but indoors it's strawberry blond. Either way, your hair is so pretty! :)
