Labour Day bbq - hair ideas

Good morning LHC!

For us here in Canada, tomorrow is our Labour Day holiday. To enjoy the long weekend, many of us get together with friends and family for a bbq. If you are enjoying a long weekend and getting together with others, what are you going to do with your hair?

I'm still undecided on what to do. On one hand I want to have my hair up and out of my way, maybe in a sock bun or crown braid. On the other hand, I want it down to show off my length to family members from Alberta who we haven't seen in a year!

Why not a high ponytail/braid? That keeps it off your neck, but still shows (most of) your length. Also it looks casual, so perfect for a BBQ.

If you're going to be near the fire, keep it up. You do not want to remember this holiday as the one you burned your hair! Or, carry a hairstick and when you're near the fire put your hair up in a few seconds - that will startle and amaze your family! :D
