I just ordered a Mason Pearson Pocket Comb - it was on Amazon for $13! I want to replace my seamed combs and eventually I'd like to get the rake comb, too.

I can't justify one of their brushes (yet), but the combs are pretty reasonable. :)

Good for you in seeking out hair friendly tools!

Seamless combs are wonderful. Mine is from Hairsense and is hand carved out of resin (although it is called a 'bone' comb) and quite big. lol

Actually, I got so excited, I added a Kent Coarse/Wet Rake comb to my order, after seeing it is half the price of the MP rake. The seller is R&S Factors on Amazon and their prices are quite good ($10 for the Kent and $13 for the pocket MP). It would have cost $22 for the MP rake, so I got 2 combs for $23 and I'm happy.

I am so excited. Did I mention that? I just threw my seam-y plastic shower comb in the trash. Bye bye, shredder!
