Over the last four months I have gone from (gradually, I might add)-
- Box dye (to cover a sprinkling of grey)
- usual shampoo+conditioner (heavy cones)
- tonnes of cone-laden serums
- daily straightening or curling (oh the shame)
to-
- CO washing only
- no heat
- no cones/SLS/parabens
- oiling
- ignoring my hairdresser!
and just being much more gentle and loving with my hair.
Today, someone asked me if I'd 'done' something to my hair because it looked so shiny and full. Ironically - it's because I've done nothing to it!
4 months ago I would never have left the house without running straighteners quickly through it because it was always so pouffy and frizzy and dry - now it still 'big' but in a good way.
It's all down to the advice and support of people on here really, so glad I found you guys!
Thank you all :)
