So in march 2007 I joined the LHC, since I really like to grow my hair long and I know long hair is prettier when it is very healthy. And mine was not.

I have had more perms than I can remember. I dyed my hair about 9 years ago, then bleached it a couple of times and had antoher perm. You can imagine it was totally fried.
I've had some more perms since then, but decided that I wanted healthy long hair and not perm or dye anymore.
I was soooo happy to find the LCH!

Well, I must say that I was very surprised to find out, after my perm had mostly grown out and I had learned to take care of my hair, that I had some natural waves! I did have to cut it several times since joining, and now my hair is officially perm-free. The lenght has not increased that much, but the health has. Now let's grow at least until waist!

So, I'd like to show you the progress, and to thank all of you for your help and advice :flowers:

Even though you've been cutting off damage areas, it really does look longer now. For one thing, your hemline is so much thicker!
