That's a very beautiful style! I'd like to recreate it in my own hair.... I'm guessing you sectioned the hair and then did (I think it's called) a lace cage braid slanted to one side, then added it to the remaining hair and put everything into a bun ... Am I right? Did you braid all the way down to the end?

Very pretty! I have tried buns that fell more to one side and can't help but feel "off center" like I'm constantly tilting my head to combat the weight of my hair. (or rather I had that problem when I had long hair).

for all the replies! Several folks asked how I created this look~


Well, it's basically a lace braid to one side; as you can see, I kept the braid more to the left-most side of my head but gathered hair from the right-most side by my face. I gathered hair all the way down until about ear-level, then I stopped adding hair and finished the braid.

I put my hair into a low ponytail on the left side of my head, and twisted my loose hair and the braid together into a bun. I held everything in place with my big clip. Voila! :)
