When I tie my hair in a ponytail, it pulls (sometimes uncomfortably), when I look skywards.

Is this normal, or is there a method to tying a ponytail, which I do not know about ?

Thanks !

Torrin has a way of doing a ponytail that stays much better than the way I used before; she has a vid on it (among other things) here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fmTL4cvr7q0). I only very rarely wear my hair in a ponytail (it hurts if it's high enough to have a nice swing to it), but the last time I did I tried her method. Didn't move at all. :)

You could also check out Igor's method (http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/vbjournal.php?do=article&articleid=98), here in the articles. I haven't tried it myself, but it sounds quite secure. :)

Thanks, the Torrin Page videos are awesome! I will try out what she suggests.

Thanks for sharing. It does look secure.

Though to be honest, my hair is not very smooth, so I do not know if I will be able to tie a ponytail, and then again run a comb through them. I will try it though, maybe it will work.
