I know this is a bit silly to post about, but i'm so proud and I would love to see everyone else's home-made adventures! :cheese:

I know there are some archived threads of home-made toys but I can't for the life of me find them!

Anywho, here are a few pictures of my first ever thingy for my hair! It's a wire bun-cage made to look like cobwebs with dewdrops...

Looks very cute. You are creative! :) I tried making a hairstick once, but used a soft wood, so it broke. When I make one, I will post it here ! :D

Oooh, I have some wood lying around and all my powertools out today... I was going to make a wide tooth comb but I don't know what type of wood I have... it seems quite firm... it's just scraps from a neighbour (he's a builder!)

I wonder if we should start up a lessons/projects thread... get everyone to make something once a week... :D

That buncage is very pretty!

But you may want to have a look at this thread: http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/showthread.php?p=1742405#post1742405 For some reason that I'll never understand, the DIY thread has been moved to the Crafts forum a while ago.
