I'm a type iii now!!!

So when I started on this forum a few month ago, my circumference was 2.5, maybe 3 inches total. I started babying my hair to get the shine and length that I so envy from some of you ladies and my hair has really improved. I measured tonight and it's got a 4 inch circumference with almost no split ends!

What seems to be working for me now:

- no SLS, only shampoo bars about once a week, soak up sebum until then.
- no 'cones; just oils, sebum, and toadstool conditioner
- seamless combs; combing from the bottom
- protective hairstyles
- SMT, coconut milk and henna + indigo!!

Thank you everyone at LHC for helping me baby my hair enough that it's becoming so robust and happy now!

I'm always envious of ladies with iii hair, this is kind of inspiring!
Although since I started taking care of my hair, it's actually been looking thinner (but no real change in circumference), because it's no longer so poofy from all the damage :D

ooooohhhhh. thats so great. congrats :D i need to start baby my hair to get more than 10cm. At present i have 9.5cm. but i can say u got a big improvement :cool:
