FS: Self Made Mega Size Flexi 8

Hi, I made this flexi 8 a couple days ago, but made it a bit too big for my hair. The stick part is about 7 inches and the beaded part is about 6.5 inches. It's about the same size as a mega flexi. It is more flexible than the real flexi, but it holds just as well. The cost is $15 including the shipping cost to the U.S. If interested pm me.

I don't think you should sell things that you've made here, but I'm not sure? Would Etsy be a more appropriate place?

You're allowed to sell items that didn't work out for you, which can include items you'd made for your own use. However, you're not allowed to make stuff for the purpose for selling. (I suppose if you were selling items that "didn't work" every week, that would also raise questions.) I think it should be fine if she sells this one, since she said she made it for herself, just too big. If she has any others, they definitely would belong on Etsy. This one is very pretty!

Flexi-8 has a patented design where the stick and clip are actually one piece.. This design is fairly common on the other hand. :)

I agree! The OP's creation seems to be a two-piece hair accessory, and isn't a copy of the Flexi-8 all-in-one, patented design.

Maybe the thread title needs to be changed, and "Flexi-8" removed from it.
