Ok, so I followed the show for quite some time and was overwhelmed by awesome hair styles on the show.

So I did a search on youtube for some hair tutoruals on GOT and found the ones by Torrin (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CD0ww8tLexg) and by LaDollyVita (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kBrQLCOfakY), which are both equally cool btw.

Buuut I decided to changed it up a little bit. Well, ok, a lot :D

So this is my final result (I know, it is kind of messy but I got too lazy in the end, I am a quitter lol):

PS no bobby pins or anything, just one hair tie

Very damn cool! I think if the inconsistencies were sorted out a bit this could be a very gorgeous hairstyle for a night out. Good work.

That wasn't a bad job at all! The only part that got a bit messed up is when you joined the two side braids together in the middle. Still its a nice style. Great job.

Thank you, guys! :cheese::cheese::cheese:

ericthegreat,

yes, I know, the end of the braids is quite unfinished too to say the least. It is my first go on how to connect three braids together without bobby pins. In the tutorial Torrin just braided them all into one and LaDollyVita used bobby pins to make them hold together, so I had to figure out a whole new other way. If only my hair was a bit thicker at the ends and longer or I had a third arm lol, it could have worked the way I planned. But no harm in trying, right? :o ;)

That was really pretty, so I tried it. The top combining part was too loose but I decided to leave it and just added my butterfly barrette. Also, next time, i think I will just do Dutch lace braids instead; they lie flat a little better and are easier to do

I watched both videos and apparently this character has many cool styles, so I will keep an eye out for more. Thanks for posting it :)

So pretty!

I got inspired as well, here's my attempt:

All braids are lace dutch braids, joined together by hair taping with a strand of hair. My braidings skills are still not in the Dothraki level and it came up uneven and a bit lopsided, but still pretty good for a first try, I think :)

I just watched this ep last night, and I knew someone on LHC would have attempted it! I think you did a great job Valdeon, I would have given up on the first row of braids.

There was some great hair in that show, I always wondered who was doing it for them!

A search on "game of thrones hair" turned up this hair style:

How do I know this? My boyfriend just sent me the link in google chat because he was doing this search, LOL :)

Hey Archel!
This is actually not as hard as you think! I needed a video idea for this week! Stay tuned! :)

My "newbie" status is preventing me from seeing your picture! I'm disappointed!

But from the other posts it sounds wonderful!!! :)
This is a great hair idea, I gotta tip my hat to the stylist, because there are so many different ways to wear this thing!

Yay, Game of Thrones! Great scene, too. :D I couldn't see the picture (still unworthy), but loved the job in the second youtuber. I also loved the wedding hair (http://www.scenicreflections.com/files/Game%20of%20Thrones%20Wallpaper__yvt2.jpg) she had going on, but my hair isn't long enough. Also lack the skill for braiding. Dun get me started on Cersei 'dos, even if she is an evil cow.

The hairdos are pretty fab, but I can't help but compare the condition of the LHC members to the condotion of the hair on the actress in that show. Wig or her own, it is in terrible condition from the lightening treatments to lift the color so high, you can just see the dryness and fragility. Kudos to the hairstyling crew though for giving her some great long hair styles. I can't wait to try some of those once my hair gets long again.
