Has anyone heard of Mary Helen Bowers? Apparently, she trained Natalie Portman in the movie Black Swan. I have had 5lbs that have been "sticking" since June and I was looking for ways to revamp my workouts. I stumbled on her website and WOW!

i love ballet! not as flexible as i use to be though :) beautiful gallery pics and she has stunning hair :)

If only long hair made me that flexible!! Maybe if it gets to knee length and I have to braid it I'll have to move like that. :eyebrows:
