is it possible to do with collar bone length hair if so, how do you do it?

that showed me how to do french twists. Using bobby pins never worked for me, this is the first way that worked.

It depends on your hair thickness. It looks like you should be able to do it as a i/ii, and that video linked by the PP looks pretty good! :)
