I did find one from the dollar store but I through it away. :( It is hard to find a hairspray with alcohol / silicone, why don't you try to make your own? There must be a lot of recipes here or try to google it

you can mely sugar in water together for a all natural non drying hairspray :) it holds very well. also lemon or orange juice in water will work as well but can be drying or possibly lightening if you stay in the sun alot. i think its one cup of sugar in 8oz water, boil together and let cool.

I think the Tresemme Naturals one I have doesn't have either of those.
I don't really use it to be honest, I found it sticky and didn't hold very well.

Giovanni hairspray has no cones and a tiny bit of alcohol (I think it's one of the last ingredients). I use that on my bangs, but hairspray in general causes my length to tangle more. I don't know what you need the hairspray for, but a lot of people have success with aloe gel.
