I have tried hard to eliminate most caffeine from my diet because I was getting addicted to it. I would really like to use the strong black tea and/or rooibos rinse on my hair (I heard 1 bag per ounce of water steeped over night). But I'm worried that if I leave it on for a while, it will give me a caffeine high. And if I use it all the time to keep shedding at bay, what will happen if I ever stop? Will the accumulated shedding happen all at once? (Like post-partum shedding?)
Just curious...

Rooibos is naturally caffine free I believe so that should be ok with that one

Rooibo does not contain caffeine and very little tannins, however it cant really be compared to normal black tea both very different.
