What to do about dry crunchy ends and what could be the culprit?

I do use protein treatments, straighten my hair and have damage from bleaching and dying... Any one of these could be causing this.... My ends are unbelievably dry and crunchy like worse than ever. What can I do to fix this... Trust me, they are insanely dry and crunchy.

It's probably protein buildup. Try clarifying and using something protein-free to deep condition your hair and everything should turn out fine. :)

That's the thing last night I clarified my hair, and now they're dryer and crunchier than ever

Did you condition? Did you use anything with protein? :hmm:

Afterwards I use a conditioner that smells like chocolate, I left it on for like an hour after I clarified

I'd love to examine the ingredients list, but that will have to do some other time.
