Hair Nets

I just got hired at A and W they want me to wear a hair net just over my pony tail or bun. How do you get it to stay on? Also is there a way to get volume that will stay and not separate? I don't want the slicked back bald look.

I always used those bendy barrette thingys or bobby pins
