I have loved Chloe's (from Celtic Woman) her hair is so long and beautiful. so shiny and looks so soft and manageable, i've always wondered what she uses to keep her below classic hair so soft, healthy and shiny with such a hectic schedule.


Also Angelina Jolie's hair is so beautiful, Peta Wilson's pale hair is so shiny and soft. Keira Knightley's hair always look so well cared for. about men's hair? Alex O'Loughlin's, Gerry Butler's, Johnny Depp's and Roy Dupuis hair always look so soft and shiny. specially when knowing the harsh treatment all of these celebs receive on their hair when working. ( blow frying, color changes, harsh environment.)

I wish i could ask all of them what they use to protect and care for their hair and counteract the damage done when they are working.

Her hair used to be much longer, then she decided to follow the crowd. Her hair seems thin because she uses a flat iron on it now. She used to be one of my favorites. Now I like Roslyn Sanchez (http://www.tv.com/roselyn-sanchez/person/53325/summary.html?tag=stars;name;5) who is on Without a Trace. And of course her partner, Poppy MOntgomery (http://www.tv.com/poppy-montgomery/person/11287/summary.html?tag=stars;name;1), they are dark and light and play off so well against each other.

Of course Angelina Jolie, Anne Hathaway and Jane Seymour, but I'd add Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman, and of course I love Practical Magic, which they were in together. Nicole's hair isn't as long now, though (sob). I suppose she had to cut it to be samantha in Bewitched.

Paula Garces has awesome hair. She was in a kids movie called Clockstoppers, but I think she was just cast in something new, so look out for her.

As for guys, I agree that Johnny Depp has nice hair, but it ain't that long. Actors all have short hair in RL, so I think you have to ignore them altogether and look at rock musicians instead.

Rick Wakeman, the keyboard palyer in Yes, used to have amazing hair. It's still over his shoulders, but it used to be classic length I would say. People used to compare him with Brigitte Bardot, but his hair was naturally blonde and hers was dyed, so his looked better than hers. She looked better in '50s films when she still had dark hair, although she always had a tiny waist and large assets. She's very old now and wears her hair up.

Oh yes, I was talking about men, but somehow it got back onto women. Funny that. There is a guitarist called Danny Cecatti who has floor length hair that he wears loose on stage. His hair is in great condition too. Dunno what his guitar playing sounds like, though, LOL! I've only seen the pictures.

I could nominate Francis Rossi, Status Quo lead guitarist and ice cream heir, although his hair is seriously receding. All my heroes are old!

I would LOVE to have hair like hers! She is my hair idol as well! Especially those last several seasons when it was waist length or below. Then it was really beautiful. All three of them had awesome hair the last season though.

Julianne Moore and Liv Tyler, they both have lush, healthy-looking hair without the use of extensions etc., which seems to be a very unusual thing in Hollywood these days!

Nicole Kidman used to have stunning hair, both when it was all naturally curly and blow-dried out to big bouncy waves. But I think the combination of constant heat styling (as she suddenly became a lot bigger after Moulin Rouge and The Others), an extremely strict diet and exercise regime (I assume) and natural genetic factors (both her mum and sister look to have quite thin/fine hair) has meant that her hair has suffered a lot in the last few years, which is sad. :flower:

The thing about Angelina Jolie's hair is that it's usually styled in a very particular way that is REALLY flattering on her, but is hard to do without heat. You know what I mean, the voluminous crown and perfect waves. Still, I think she makes APL hair look better than anyone else.

Adriana Lima, the victoria secret model has beautiful hair, as does giselle and alessandra. I know it's fake and full of extensions (especially for runway and print work) but it is so pretty. I like Kim Kardashian's hair, its long, shiny, and full of body. I also like Rosalin Sanchez's hair too. I like looking at celebrities who have black hair, it is not common but the ones who have it, look stunning. I am proud of them for not changing their hair color and keeping it natural.

My one dream has always been to have hair like Portia deRossi had when she first came on the show "Ally McBeal" way back when. She did that thing with the hair in the bun, then let it out and shook it and it was long, blond, curly, and made everybodys jaws drop. I've ALWAYS wanted hair like that!

I also really like Blake Lively (of Gossip Girl and Sisterhood of Traveling Pants fame). It seems her hair was a bit longer last year, but I love the way her hair is styled. It's also probably about BSL length or longer, but layered.

Angelina Jolie, love the color and the nice waves that are always in it. I know it's a lot of work to get it to look that way, but it's still gorgeous. Alanis Morissette, love the color and the waves. Only time I don't like it is when she does lots of small braids over her head when her hair is wet then takes them down when dry and ends up with frizzy crimps. Maybe I like her hair so much because my hair looks like hers when it's that length.

Honestly, when we see them in pictures in on tv they are so done up that you can't see all the damage. LOL, how is it that all the cast on that show have such great hair? I can't get mine to look that good and I'm not stuck on an island. :rolleyes: They must have recovered a huge supply of styling products from the crash.

I liked Mel Gibson's hair in Braveheart. He just made it so macho. I also like the hair of a lot of the people already named although Catherine ZJ is one who stands out in my mind because she always looks so put together. I have never seen that woman looking rough. That takes real dedication I think.

I used to envy the celebs their hair before coming here. Now I know how much product and styling goes into making it look that way I can enjoy it as I would any other form of art -which is an appreciation of beautiful artifice after all. The hair here is impressive in another manner. I don't see why it's bad to like both forms of expression.

Helena Bonham Carter had the most amazing long dark curly hair before she chopped it off. I think it was waist-length when dry, or perhaps longer.

Claudia Black has quite lovely hair, dark brown and vibrant. I was very peeved when they put a wig on her in Season 4 of Farscape: it might have been longer than her BSL hair, but the colour was too dark, it didn't have any of the texture and bounce that her real hair does, and it was generally lifeless.

If anyone's watching True Blood, there's a newish actress in that called Deborah Ann Woll who has lovely long copper hair. I believe it's natural.

There are very few celebs with "good" hair, even by lowering our LHC standards. Most abuse the **** out of it. But there are some who seem to keep longer, slightly healthier than the norm, hair.

Damn, I can't find the photos now...but I saw some of Tania Raymonde (Ben's daughter from Lost) at a premier and he hair was gorgeous. Still looked the same in person as it did in the show, texture, thickness, and length-wise, just shined up a bit. So I'm inclined to say it's very real and very pretty. If I find the photos I'll link 'em. :)

Jane Seymour: She easily dispels the myth that women older than 40 can't still be considered sexy and vivacious in Hollywood.

Brooke Shields: Same goes for Brooke. And Brooke is just as sexy as she was when she was a model!

Zooey Deschanel: No, she doesn't have really long hair not in comparison to many of us at LHC(she's at around BSL right now), but I really love her shade of brunette.

Jennifer Lopez: I love her as an singer, actress, dancer, and a trend setter.

Britney Spears: Yes, I know she wears extensions. Still, she looks sexy with longer hair and I really love her as an artist.

Cher, Crystal Gayle, Valerie Bertinelli and the late Farrah Fawcett. They all have/had very beautiful hair, Crystal's hair always being very long and well kept and Cher, always made sure she wore wigs for a new style so that she would not ruin her natural long, very dark hair. Valerie always had very nice long thick hair that held a style well. As for Farrah, her hair was the most popular hair in celebrity history. Everyone wanted that style at one time, not to forget that she was a very beautiful woman. In fact I think all four of them were very beautiful.

Michael Jackson had really cool hair in 1984. Eddie Van Halen also had a neat style all his own, then David Cassidy, the nice shoulder length feathered look. Barry Gibb had a really cool hairstyle and a matching beard. We can't forget Leif Garrett. I loved his long blond wild kind of hair.

I liked Alyson Hannigan's hair a lot when she was a redhead. Her hair looks healthy now and is closer to her natural hair color, but I just loved red on her complexion.
