It's about 3 years ago I think! I had to cut off all that damaged part so it's been a long trip. :-)

Of course if I did everyone could!!! hope this can motivate someone ^^

How did my hair routine change? uhm... no cones, no sles, sls, als, no after shampoo conditioner, scalp and hair oiling, no dryer, no iron, right cutting, henna (but I stopped because of too much red) and no protein at all!
I can definitely say "less is more" for my hair!

I did a major chop about a year ago as well, to get rid of all my damaged layers. I was so sad that it was gone, but now that it's long again (and actually healthy!) I have no regrets about chopping it, it was totally worth it :) I'm glad it worked great for you too, your hair is just stunning!

Yes, I wrote my routine some page ago! I use only organic shampoo and oils from 2 years. My hair rejects chemical, that's good because in the past I spent lot of money in products and treatments. Now I care of my hair in a really basic way, but it works for me :)

@Issmene: I never use the hairdryer, only when my hair is naturally dry I use a plastic brush like this http://www.bottegaverde.it/img_prodotti/extrabig/559318.jpg (I don't have knots in general).
