"Tree of Life" movie hairstyles

So I saw "Tree of Life" last night, Brad Pitt and Sean Penn's artsy flick. First of all it was AMAZING and everyone should see it, it totally blew my mind.

Second, the mother character Jessica Chaistain has so many beautiful hairstyles! It's set in the 50s, and she has long natural strawberry light red hair in a variety of braided updos and fancy buns throughout the movie. I assume they're all accurate period styles.

There aren't really any photos online, this (http://wegotthiscovered.com/wp-content/uploads/tree-of-life-photo-jessica-chastain-tye-sheridan.jpg) is the only one I can find but there's way more pretty ones in the movie.

Did anyone else see this and notice her hair?

Just watched the movie this weekend and yes, they did a great job with Jessica Chaistain's hair. After all, she's supposed to represent grace!

Her updos look simple and very elegant

Wow those are gorgeous updos. I love how natural and unforced they look. Anyone want to take a stab at recreating some of them?

"Some" of them. I see the same one over and over.

1 and 2 look the same to me but 4 looks lower than 1 and 2, and 5 looks like it has some strands going on.

Well maybe in the photos they do look quite similar, but in the movie you'll see the difference... The base is mostly the same (twist sides leading to a bun), but they use different buns. Too bad there aren't many good photos of the updos.
