What length is this? not really work safe.

This is my dream hair length:cloud9:but I'm not 100% sure what length it is.
Does it classify as hip?

I think that's in the realm between waist and hip. Hard to say from the photo...?

Looks like it's halfway between waist and hip to me, but it'd be easier to tell with a standing picture, especially if you put your hands on the top of your hipbones, as those are a bit hard to determine from a picture.

It's impossible to tell your true length with your head tilted back and the photograph having been taken from above.

Can you get a level shot from the back, head straight, hands on hips?
