Okay, when I started LHC this time last year, it resembled this monstrosity. I think it was literally impossible to hair type this disaster.

But now this is my hair, and I still find it hard to hair type myself properly.

So I thought I'd seek opinions from the more experienced members of the community whom have much more hair knowledge than I do :)

It looks to me like you've brushed or combed your hair in that last picture. Have you? Ideally, we should see a pic of your hair freshly washed but left completely untouched til it's dry, then photographed.

Offhand, I'd say maybe 1b/1c.

It looks 1c to me in the last picture.

I'd guess 1C.

Also, silicones and chemical treatments can change the texture of one´s hair. Mine gets straighter with dye and cones. I´m guessing 1c or 2a. (assuming your hair is brushed/combed in the picture)

Yeah I combed the lot of it because I washed it the night before, left it to dry in a ponytail overnight and then combed the tangles through. I have an addiction to combing/brushing my hair and I'm OCD about it looking "neat" and "together". Lol. My hair annoys me when uncombed since there's plenty of it and I desperately feel the need to straighten it all out.

In order to properly find out your texture I suggest you follow these instructions: "How To" Hair Type Your Hair (http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/vbjournal.php?do=article&articleid=164). You might be surprised of how different your hair will look after you do all that, I know I was. :D

If that is your hair after doing all of that.. you could very well be 2a. Looking forward to the hairtyping pics :)
