6 months on LHC! (pics)

Yay! Six months here today. I have no idea what condition my hair would be in today and in the future if I hadn't found this place. Thanks to everyone who has helped me out here, and all of the articles you guys have written. This place is awesome and just wanted to share my progress! :cheese: (This is also going to be my 600th post... weird.)

I have had no trims since here (except for the bangs a couple times, and I'm growing those out now):

Secrets, I don't know about. But what I've done differently is:

- no heat
- silk pillowcase
- seamless comb
- Nightblooming oil and panacea
- using lots of cones (I already did this though)
- no SLS (already did this most of the time, too)
- vitamins [multi, biotin (5 - 7.5 mg), fish oil (1000 mg), sometimes calcium-magnesium-zinc]
- Monistat! I was lax on it this past month but I'm going to start it up again, every other day like I used to
