A Pimple And A Bald Spot Wtf?!?!?!

Today I noticed a pimple and a little bald spot around said pimple.
I have been putting a mix of peanut oil, coconut oil, and grapeseed oil on my hair.
Could this be the reason?
Why is there a little bald circle around this pimple?
Why is this pimple on my head/in my hair?

HELP!

How big is said bald spot? Care to take a picture?

I've occasionally gotten pimples on my scalp, but they don't lose any hair. So that makes me wonder if something else is going on. Ringworm (really a fungal infection, and really easily treatable, often transmitted by pets) comes to mind.

It could be ringworm. Go get checked out by a doctor.

I also have occasional bald patches, and I thought it was ringworm too, but my dermatologist told me it was alopecia areata.

The oils probably don't have anything to do with it, unless you're allergic, in which case your condition would have spread to your whole head. Anyway see a dermatologist, they can help you make your hair grow back .
